Terms for hire items: – If you would like to hire one of our candy carts for your special event, a non-refundable deposit of £50 will be required to secure your date and candy cart booking. This will be deducted from your final bill. A security deposit of £25 will be required to cover any damages that may occur. The £25 security deposit will be refunded back to you within 1 week after your event to ensure no damages have occurred and the product(s) are still in excellent condition. If there are any damages to our product(s), you will not receive your £25 security deposit back. 

For our table top items and smaller post boxes, a non-refundable deposit of £25 will be required to hold your booking date. This will be deducted from your final bill. A £10 security deposit will be required for table top items and smaller post boxes to cover any damages that may occur. The £10 security deposit will be refunded back to you within 1 week after your event to ensure there are no damages to our product(s) and they are still in excellent condition. If there are any damages to our product(s), you will not receive your £10 security deposit back.

Any outstanding balances will be required in full 2 weeks before your event. On Cloud Nine Ltd will contact you for payment – we can take card payments over the phone or they can be paid in store. Free delivery and collection of our hire items within a 10-mile radius of Albrighton. An extra charge of 45p per mile outside of this distance will be applied to your bill. As part of our contract for hiring our product(s), the customer agrees to allow On Cloud Nine Ltd to take photographs of the equipment at your event for promotional purposes only. This includes publishing these photos to our social media pages and on our website. 

Cancellations: – Within 2 weeks of your event, your outstanding balance will need to be paid in full. In the event of a cancellation within 2 weeks of your event, any security deposits you have paid will be refunded back to you in full. Deposits made to secure your date and booking are non-refundable. If you have to cancel your booking prior to 2 weeks of your event, you will lose your initial deposit but you will receive back your security deposit.

In the extremely unlikely event that On Cloud Nine Ltd need to cancel your booking, any payments received will be refunded back to you in full.

We only accept cash or card payments in store and only card payments through our website.

Terms for Dresses: – If you have purchased a new dress(s) from our designer sample dresses, a non-refundable deposit is required. This will depend on the value of your dress. Your outstanding balance will be required when your new dress has arrived and you are 100% happy with it. If you sadly change your mind once your new dress has arrived, you will not receive your deposit back. An extra charge will be applied for rushed dress orders. This will be added onto your bill. If you sadly change your mind once your dress has arrived, you will not receive your deposit or the extra delivery rush charge back. 

During your bridal appointment, should you see a dress you love but cannot commit to as you may have other bridal appointments at different boutiques, we offer our brides the chance to place their gown on reserve for a short time. There will be a small charge of a £25 non-refundable deposit and should you purchase your dress elsewhere, you will not receive this deposit back. If you do decide to purchase your dress with us, this £25 deposit will be deducted off your bill. 

All prom and bridesmaid dresses cannot be returned or refunded as they are made to order. Please notify us within at least 7 days to make any changes to your order or if you need to change to a rush order. This extra charge will be applied to your final bill. 

If you purchase one of our “off the peg” or discontinued sale gowns, these cannot be returned or refunded. If you purchase one of these gowns and would like to take it the same day, we require the full balance to be paid. If you would like to collect your dress closer to your wedding, we do accept payment instalments.

Terms for Wedding Planning Service: – As well as helping you find your perfect dress, we can also help you select: Bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, wedding invitations, party equipment, bridal jewellery, bridesmaid gifts, wedding favours, any other design services you may require – table plans, table placement cards, save the date cards etc. and any other services you need for your special day. You will need to book an appointment with us so we can discuss what services you need and a non-refundable deposit will be required. This will be determined during your appointment with us and will be deducted off your final bill.
